About Lovemedical
Lovemedical was established in 2008 with the intention of bringing a better level of service and support to cardiopulmonary diagnostics.
Providing the latest technology and having a close relationship with manufacturers was just the start. The Lovemedical team have many years’ experience in cardiopulmonary diagnostics allowing us to understand the requirements of our customers, knowing that it is not the user that suffers when equipment fails, it is the patient.
The Lovemedical team have spent many hours working in clinical environments together with our customers, allowing us to see and better understand the everyday problems that are faced. This close relationship helps us find genuine solutions together with our manufacturing partners, as opposed to just ‘selling a system’.
The team is always ready to listen and offer possible solutions, and will always do their best to make sure solutions come on time and in budget.

Meet The Team
I am a passionate leader shaping the future at Lovemedical Ltd with innovative solutions and contagious energy. My role is to support the team at Lovemedical to allow them to provide the highest level of support to new and existing clients alike. I strive to ensure we have an enjoyable working environment that allows individuals to thrive, yet ensures we understand the strength of the team. I have worked in the Medical Diagnostic equipment field for over 30 years gaining experience in many aspects of cardiac and pulmonary diagnostics, having worked with many leaders in the diagnostics field. Over the last 30 years I have gained an excellent knowledge of both the equipment and the clinical application and put this to use to support both the Lovemedical team and all of our clients, with a simple goal to be the best that we can be.
My role is to discuss with customers their requirements and match them with an integrated and reliable solution, that creates an efficient working environment for the department, and a comfortable experience for the patient.
With a background in Sport Science and 12 years experience in the industry, I have helped a wide range of departments and hospitals, to both start and expand the services that they offer using the Love Medical range of products and solutions.
To ensure continued success for our customers and their patients it’s my responsibility to ensure that our highest tier of support is provided to all, from commissioners to end users. My team and I ensure that we keep uptime for our users, and provide enhancements to workflow helping to find solutions to problems. I have certification and working experience in IT Operations, Software Management, Data Security, and Low Voltage electrical hardware. This background gives me an edge allowing us to help users translate the moves to digital first processes and that ensures as a team we can solve any technical issue sent our way.
As the Financial Officer at Lovemedical, I focus on ensuring the company’s financial health, managing the financial well being of a small yet competitive company but all the time striving to achieve the best prices for our customers. As a small company many of us have multiple roles, as such I am also tasked with ensuring we remain compliant with the multitude of new regulations that continue to enter the medical equipment supply market. Ensuring our equipment is registered with the MHRA as well as ensuring compliance from our suppliers with existing regulatory requirements.
